We choose carefully
We taste, smell, cook and experiment. Sometimes, we taste again. Only the products we genuinely love make it onto the Chai Chai shelves. And when we can’t find exactly what we’re looking for, we create it ourselves – some of our spice blends are based on recipes developed by us.
We pack it ourselves
Sometimes, clouds of cinnamon really do float through the air in our packing room. We pack teas, spices and other products ourselves – into our own pouches, test tubes and glass bottles. This is also where gift sets come together, ribbons are tied and your orders are packed.
