Mix it with olive oil, let it rest and you will have a fragrant herb-infused oil to drizzle over salads or your grill for fat-free grilled fish or meat. Herbs de Provence and sea salt can be used to flavor regular boiled potatoes or pasta, duck, lamb and vegetable stews (Ratatouille) or grilled vegetables.
